ACECC supports the Colorado Department of Early Childhood (CDEC) quality improvement system at a local level within Arapahoe County by working with licensed providers including center based and family childcare homes (FCCH) through individualized support.

Providers can choose to sign an MOU which offers technical assistance options like strength- based coaching, mentoring, and consultation, and quality improvement funds.

Strength-based coaching, mentoring, and consultation typically happen on-site, but virtual options are available for extenuating circumstances.

Technical Assistance aims to improve the quality of a program through predefined areas that are research-based and proven to have a positive correlation to a child’s growth and development.
