Arapahoe County Early Childhood Council (ACECC) is the Local Coordinating Organization (LCO) for Colorado Universal Preschool Program (UPK Colorado). This page is a collection of information from the Colorado Department of Early Childhood.
ACECC is a non-government, non-profit, collaborative that is dedicated to promoting high quality programs and services which support a safe, smart, and healthy start for young children and their families in Arapahoe County. We partner with federal, state, and local organizations to share resources and bridge the gap to improve early education in Arapahoe County.
