Center-based early childhood programs need flexibility to meet each community’s needs while maintaining quality, safety, learning, and professional standards.
This year’s Leadership Learning Community will explore the Principles of Ideal Learning. These nine principles define the key elements of ideal learning environments for young children across settings. They support multiple approaches, models, and traditions while recognizing the varied contexts in which early educators and care providers work. With eight sessions and 16 professional development hours, you’ll learn how to help children thrive through play-based learning, equity, and relationship-centered interactions. Registration fee covers lunch and training for each session
