Supporting Kids, Families, and Early Childhood Professionals

What happens in early childhood deeply impacts a child’s future physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. We put our children on the path to success when they receive high quality care and education during early childhood.

Whether you are a parent, early childhood professional, funder, policy maker, or a member of the broader community, you can make a difference in the lives of Arapahoe County’s youngest children.

Donate

By supporting Arapahoe County Early Childhood Council, you are helping to ensure that Arapahoe County families have access to high quality early learning and support and that the early childhood professionals who work with our families have the training and education needed to excel.

Donations make a huge difference in our work.

Contribute through the Colorado Child Care Contribution Tax Credit

Arapahoe County Early Childhood Council is a qualifying agency for the Colorado Child Care Contribution tax credit. Taxpayers who make a monetary contribution to a qualifying agency that promotes child care in Colorado may claim an income tax credit of 50% of the total contribution, in addition to standard charitable deductions.

To claim your tax credit, make a donation to ACECC online or in person. When submitting your online donation, include your physical mailing address and note that you would like to receive tax forms certifying the child care contribution.

As with all charitable contributions, please consult your tax advisor with questions.

More questions about the child care tax credit? Gary Community Investments has put together an educational toolkit about the tax credit and the benefits for the community. Visit their website here to learn more.
